Terms
50% on booking confirmation, balance due 30 days before stay
In the event of cancellation prior to 30 days, the balance will be returned
subject to a $300 administrative fee
Refundable damage deposit of $350 will be charged at the time of the last
payment. It will be refunded in full after the check out inspection
When you arrive you will inspect the house with our agent, noting any
problems. When you leave, any damages or breakages that have occurred
will be deducted from your deposit.
All prices above include water and electricity. Monthly rentals include only
one full tank of water. Renters will be required to purchase their own water
after it has been used up. Water costs $275 for 1,000 gallons.
